About Us

As someone who has enjoyed fencing for many years, I felt that the prices of fencing equipment in Japan were high.
For this reason, I have inherited uniforms and masks that were passed down from my seniors over the years, used shoes and gloves from other sports instead, and practiced in jerseys outside of games.
This was felt to be a safety issue for elementary, junior high, and high school students, as well as young people and working adults who are looking to take up fencing, and was also considered to be a hindrance to popularizing fencing.
We believe that being able to practice in your own uniform, mask, and proper fencing equipment is an important element in improving your fencing skills.

NANA FENCING aims to support the spread of fencing by selecting fencing equipment from all over the world and offering high-quality products, including equipment that meets international standards such as FIE, at affordable prices.

Biography
He discovered fencing when he entered high school in Fukuoka 45 years ago and competed in the Inter-High School Championships and the National Athletic Meet for junior boys.
He then went on to study at a university in Tokyo, where his best achievement was winning the Kanto Student League Epee team competition.
He returned home and got a job at a local company, and participated in the National Athletic Meet and All Japan Championships, with his best result being fourth place in the epee team competition.
Although I am now retired, I enjoy fencing as a fun hobby.
